What does “bipartisan” actually mean? First, we need to understand what “partisan” means. Generally partisan means “a strong supporter of a party, cause, or person.”

At any level of human interaction, when people choose to give their support to a party, cause or person they are expressing their own personal beliefs or assumptions concerning what they conclude is Reality. For persons who believe in a world of competitive separation, a world of the “survival of the fittest”, truth becomes whatever one has the power to impose on any situation. The guiding assumptions, that Might makes Right or Truth, and to the victor goes the spoils, are seen as Truths which are alternatives to the notion of Equality and Justice for all. As Napoleon points out “All pigs are equal but some are more equal than others.” Animal Farm, by George Orwell. Individuals for whom this is truth will choose to support political parties, causes, and persons who resonate with those frequencies. To them, individuals who do not get this Truth are simply “suckers or losers”.

All partisans whose positions are based in their specific, separative version of “alt truth” will automatically see others as either friend or enemy partisans. For them notions such as freedom, equality and justice for all are not anything like Cosmic Principles of Reality. They are just the opinions or alt truths of the “suckers” who do not get it.

There is no such thing as “bipartisan”. There are those who get this, and see others as “suckers” who think they can make a deal. And then there are the suckers/fools who think that the other guys are honorable and will be fair and “make a deal”! And then we have actual cowards who are “halfway” conscious and make deals that give them some piece of what they want. Any “bipartisan” effort thus becomes the generator of compromise or halfwayness. Any progress toward Equality or Freedom made thru “bipartisan” deals settling for partial freedom and liberty for all is simply a kind of delusion which has more than maintained the rule and power of the Wealth Class.

Principles cannot be compromised, period. There could not be half slave and half free. Abraham Lincoln understood this.

It is amazing if you think about it. Bipartisanism is a bit of sophistry that has been used from the beginning of this Nation by those whose one pointed purpose is to maintain their literal ownership of the United States of America. For example, they successfully manipulated those who would have a government of, for and by the people into a long string of compromising legislation (think about how slavery was a part of the Constitution) that would support the creation of Liberty, Equality and Justice for all within the population of the United States of America. That this situation exists, that these champions of “bipartisanship”, actually have and do own the majority of the Nation’s wealth including the dense physical stuff like land and buildings besides the money has become more and more obvious over the past 40 years or so.

One of the most recently invented Senate rules or tools that the Retrogressors have used to manipulate the Bipartisan Game and maintain the “Status Quo” or the delusional concept of “Normalcy” if they are in danger of losing their grip on the political system is the filibuster. The Filibuster is basically a veto. If the opposers do not like a piece of legislation that is going to move the Nation toward some New Light they simply stop the progress of the process. It takes 60 votes to stop a filibuster.

The Senate could eliminate the filibuster altogether with their 50 vote majority plus the Vice President’s single vote. Obviously, the path of compromise will lead to future issues equally as destructive.

It is really time for our elected officials to realize that the compromise con is exactly that, a con job to stop and or continue the serious delay of the Principles of our government to manifest. It took a Civil War to end dense physical slavery. It took 134 years (and tons of pain and injustice for women) or so for Women to get the vote.

The programs and ideas of our current Government are attempting to open the door to greater Light. Light is of course Life, Liberty and Justice for All! We must take steps as “large” as possible. This is not compromising. This is walking the Path.

The filibuster, this diseased bit of Retrogressive sorcery needs to die in the Light. We have a very, very hard won opportunity to move to make a more perfect system not only for the U.S. but for the 8,000,000,000 Sisters and Brothers on the planet, to say nothing of the billions who are on their way. We can do this!
