Dear Friends,

At the rapidly approaching gathering of the Forces of Light which occurs in a remote valley in the Tibetan Himalayas each Spring at the time of the full moon of Taurus which we know as the Festival of Wesak, we will become the recipients of energies necessary for us to carry the Plan for this cycle forward. In the preceding two full moons of Aries these energies, of such a high frequency that human heart/minds could only be open to and grateful for them, were released. It is these energies that the Buddha brings and releases to us at the gathering in the Valley.

Presumably these energies are now at a frequency that perhaps a billion or more human heart/minds can register them at some level and use them to forward their small part in the One Plan. The Teaching, forever, has been brought to us through metaphor. I think that the Wesak Festival has always been such a metaphor, a presentation in form of what is energetically occurring planet wide, and that all hearts of some degree of openness have always been and will be impacted to the degree that they can be useful to the Great Unfolding.

What matters is not who, or where or even if the individual is aware of the Wesak Festival. It is the magnetic attractive capacity of each heart that matters. It is a matter of Science.

All that is required to participate is a relative level of heart focus, and openness to love, to the care for the Planet and its evolution. The released energies are supermundane frequencies of Love which is the most powerful energy available in this Second Ray solar system. As it was pointed out, “Time was when even a hundred warriors were counted a host. Then a thousand were already an army.

In time a hundred thousand conquered the world. Afterwards millions rose but they also did not alter the orbit of the spirit. And so I shall summon under the Banner of Spirit one billion. This will be the sign of My army.

As of April 2019, Earth’s population is estimated to be 7.7 billion. 20% of that is 1,540,000,000. After some18 million years of evolution 20% is not really big number. However when we consider that these are relatively group conscious focused hearts working in unity and creating a platform for the manifestation of the Plan….this could be “fulfilling”.

Joy to All Sisters and Brothers, Joy is the key note of Love. That might be why MM said, some 14 times, that “Joy is a special Wisdom.”
