Dear Friends:
As we move into the last seven year cycle of the 1925-2025 planning cycle we can expect deep and significant changes in all of our institutions. Our educational, political, financial and religious systems will undergo massive reformulations. It would be good to keep the concept of Tactica Adversa in mind. As we watch, the present appearances are calling out what is an enormous and growing response from the Light.

Do you not see that the Cosmic Consciousness is in convulsion?
We know the course of the battle—the Plan of the Creator cannot be altered.
While we can imagine what the planet will look like 2 or 3 hundred years from now, and I think we should all do this, I suspect that its actual appearance, could we see it now, would be rather mind blowing. The reformulation of our life systems will be governed by the Principles of Essential Divinity, Goodwill and Unanimity and the Laws of Right Human Relations, Group Endeavour and Spiritual Approach.
As was common place during the Piscean era, these Principles and Laws cannot be categorized into nice neat rows, each being assigned a particular task or function. Right Human Relations, for example was always and only linked with Goodwill. It is my sense that in the Era of Synthesis, into which we have entered, each of these Principles and Laws have a unique relation to each other and to each of our institutions which are, in reality, Humanity’s best efforts to unfold the Plan within the 3 dimensions we inhabit.
It appears to me that the lynch pin of this ongoing reformulation is the Law of Spiritual Approach. The pre synthetic view of this law relegated it pretty much to dealing with the institution we call religion. It is, in fact, under the aegis of this Law that religion as we now know it will be re-formulated.
However, the Law of Spiritual Approach is primary to the 7th Ray Lord, The Sword of the Initiator, The Fiery Unifier. The reformulation of our religious systems, as well as the reformulation of all other systems, will be carried out by incarnating Servers of Synthesis working with the Seventh Ray Lord through the Science of Invocation and Evocation. Communication and Creativity, or the Communication between the Logos and Humanity via a Spiritual Approach will result in the progressive creative implementation of the Logos’ intent.
The Science of Invocation and Evocation is what we have been calling meditation for lo these many years. This is the basic science underlying the formulation processes of all aspects of the Plan. This science demands a rigorous regime of top down— that is from the formless Principles into form— experimentation, experience and expression.
This scientific approach when applied to our efforts to implement the Plan will deconstruct the present mystical visions as well as the lower mental, by this time somewhat tortured, intellectual codifications of the ancient Wisdom Teachings. The existing dense cloud of frequently unintelligible and contradictory thoughtforms will be replace by principled formulations that will enable us, with full awareness and understanding of what we are doing, to consciously contact, penetrate, understand and embody all of the Principles and Laws which underpin the civilization and cultures of the Aquarian Age.
As you know, scientific workers look at all of the cycles in terms of an ongoing meditation. Thus we see each day, each week, each new to full and full to new moon cycle as a series of meditations within the yearly meditation cycle which we break into the “in” and “out” breathing cycles. Obviously, as we can grasp it, this rhythm of the year is but a tiny meditation cycle in the Grand Meditation of our Planetary Logos the result of which is this Planet. Of course, His meditation is a tiny cycle within the meditation of the Solar Lord and so on into infinity. This meditation rhythm is the Law of Spiritual Approach as it operates within our little sphere of Life. All we need to do is to learn to move with it.
If there is a point in the cycle of the year when the Law of Spiritual Approach is of paramount importance, it is in Aries. In Aries, emerging from the previous out breathing cycle, we need to breath. In addition, given the intense and unrelenting dynamics of the last cycle, we may find ourselves to be somewhat fatigued, or out of breath.
Thus in Spirit we approach the junction of our meeting with the Ashram and the Christ when the door is wide open at the exact time of the full moon. With the understanding that a meditation is a breath and that the meditation of Aries, the first in the next cycle is of great significance, I thought it would be good to share the following from master M.
Urusvati knows the power of a deep breath. We have pointed out the benefit of correct breathing before, and much research has been devoted to the subject, but in this book, Supermundane, one significant fact should be pointed out. In various fields of work, when feeling fatigued, people will interrupt their work or speech by taking a deep breath and thereby receive an influx of new energy. In most cases, they do this out of intuition, without giving thought to the process. How greatly would the power of this process be increased if it were performed consciously!
Remember that this rejuvenating breath is supermundane, for by it man summons Higher Forces. He should understand that for greater effect, he should consciously turn to the Supermundane World and affirm his inner link with the Reservoir of Be-ness.
The Thinker advised, “Understand the power of a supermundane breath.” Supermundane IV, 816.
It is in Aries that we take the Supermundane Breath that will light up the Path of the cycle, reveal the direction and outlines of the Father’s Intent for the next step on that Path.
